# Image Requirements

This document describes the image requirements for VerifEye REST APIs.

| Condition | Requirement |
|-----------|-------------|
| **Image format** | PNG or JPEG colour image (RGB) |
| **Face position** | Face should be centered and upright in the image |
| **Face size** | The minimum face size is 150x150 pixels |
| **Image file size** | Min 50 KB / Max 2000 KB |
| **Image size** | Min 300x300 pixels / Max 2000x2000 pixels |
| **Ratio Face to Image** | 20% to 80% of Face Box over the image size |
